      Refund Policy for Commissions
      A non‑refundable deposit secures your slot and covers the initial consultation and concept development.
      Refunds can be requested up to the completion of Step 3 (Concept Development). No refunds after step 3.

      After the concept is approved and painting begins, no refunds will be offered as the work is a bespoke creation made specifically for you.
