ABOUT ME

I am Emmanuel Freeman. I was born in Bolgatanga in Ghana and moved to the United Kingdom at the age of 10. I am currently based in Essex, United Kingdom. I began my journey as a self‑taught visual artist, working with acrylic paint on canvas, and I am now growing into my role as an Art Director.

My early years in Ghana strongly shaped my creativity. They taught me to work confidently with bold and vibrant colours and to use colour with intention and skill. My years in England have added new perspectives and approaches, resulting in a distinctive outlook on art and self‑expression.

From Canvas to Creative Direction

Over the years, I have participated in several group exhibitions, art projects, and creative courses. My paintings have been purchased by collectors around the world. This journey has been exciting and adventurous and I have enjoyed every step.

I am now excited to step into the world of Art Direction. My goal is to use my artistic background and understanding of storytelling to help brands, creators and businesses bring their ideas to life.
