1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to: The United Kingdom (Mainland and Northern Ireland), Selected international locations (including Europe, North America, and others)
If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us directly to discuss custom shipping options.
2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

Made-to-order prints or custom artwork may take 7–14 business days before dispatch.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or UK public holidays.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use trusted carriers, including Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, or other secure couriers, depending on your location and item type.
Shipping options and prices will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected items.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on your location, package size and weight, and shipping speed.
We may offer free UK standard shipping on selected items or during promotions.
5. Estimated Delivery Times

UK: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch

International: 7–21 business days after dispatch
Please allow extra time for remote areas, customs clearance, or during busy periods (e.g., holidays or exhibitions).
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs duties upon arrival in your country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

We advise checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number (if applicable).
You can track your parcel using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
8. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, contact us at support@emmanuelfreeman.com and include your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Please allow up to 30 days for international shipping before reporting a package as lost.
9. Packaging & Sustainability
All artworks and prints are securely packaged to protect them during transit.
We aim to use recyclable or eco-conscious materials wherever possible.
