Return Policy

At Emmanuel Freeman, we aim to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Please read this Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Physical Products (Artworks & Prints)

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your artwork or print arrives damaged or defective: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at support@emmanuelfreeman.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.

If the item is confirmed as damaged or defective: We will offer you a replacement where possible or a full refund. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item before a replacement or refund is issued. We will cover the return shipping costs if applicable.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products (original artwork and prints), we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please carefully review product descriptions and images before purchasing.

Refund Policy for Commissions

A non‑refundable deposit secures your slot and covers the initial consultation and concept development.
Refunds can be requested up to the completion of Step 3 (Concept Development). No refunds after step 3.  After the concept is approved and painting begins, no refunds will be offered as the work is a bespoke creation made specifically for you.

2. Digital Services (Art Direction & Creative Services)

Due to the time, effort, and creative input involved in art direction services: No refunds are provided for completed services. If you cancel a booked service before work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, email us at support@emmanuelfreeman.com

Please include: Your full name, Order number, Reason for return or refund request, Supporting images for damaged items.

4. Return Conditions

If we ask you to return an item: The product must be returned in its original packaging where possible. You are responsible for the safe return of the item. We will confirm the return address via email.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your return (if applicable) and approve your refund, Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Stripe), Refund processing time: typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for: Custom or commissioned artwork, Completed art direction services, Gift cards or digital downloads.
