Shipping
All artworks and prints are shipped from London, UK.
Yes! We ship within the UK and to selected international destinations. If your country isn’t available at checkout or you are unsure, please contact me.
UK orders: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch
Europe: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days (depending on customs)
International buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees charged by their country.
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Yes, we insure your order so you have peace of mind incase any accidents.
Payments
We accept major credit and debit cards securely through Stripe, and we also offer PayPal and Apple Pay for fast and trusted checkout.
In order to keep transactions secure and efficient, we do not offer other payment options like bank transfer or cash.
Absolutely. We never store your card details on our servers. All payments are encrypted and processed securely by Stripe, PayPal or Apple Pay.
No additional fees are charged by us beyond the price of your order and any applicable shipping costs.
Your bank or PayPal may charge currency conversion or international fees if you’re outside the UK.

Of course! Just email accounts@emmanuelfreeman.com with your order details, and we’ll send you a VAT‑style invoice. Please note: as a sole trader, VAT may not apply unless registered.
Returns
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns for change of mind as each artwork is carefully created or printed to order.
Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@emmanuelfreeman.com with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds are not available for completed services. If you need to cancel before work begins, contact us to discuss options.
